3 year user of this product and I'm still buying! This is the first protein powder/meal replacement shake I have tried that keeps me full for 3 hours, and the first plant based protein powder that is smooth. And I love how the resistant starch thickens it cup. I tried initially as part of the Metabolic Reset Diet and kept using. I usually had 1 or 2 frozen veggies and herb or spices to blend up to increase phytonutrients and then top with seeds and a fresh fruit and to add a little bit more calories and healthy fat to fuel workouts.
This is a great good to for a quick meal replacement or a snack. Great taste and contains everything your body needs . I have used this product for a number of years and will continue to. Would highly recommend.
