I really like the chocolate shake.
Well at first I noticed no changes, maybe stronger nails, but I’ve known Dr C for many years so I stayed the course and quit looking for results so closely. The other day I noticed my part line was easier to work with, had definitely filled in. Usually I get that boost right after hair color but this is now just me. Nothing has worked well before -took Nutrafol for over year-works for some didn’t for me. I would say it took 6-9 months -now it’s just part of my routine and hoping it continues but even progress to date is better than I’ve ever had.
