How nice to actually get a daily multi that is Formulated for thyroid health. It actually will help your thyroid to get better due to unnecessary iodine, which I don't need in a multi. I eat the way Dr C recommends and my thyroid is better. I also take the supplements that are recommended. No more trial and error with dosages that are wrong for thyroid issues or ingredients that aren't good for thyroid. My labs are impressive At 63 ! Thank You DR.
