It took some adjusting to the new formula which overall seemed a bit lighter and actually less calories. However, 9 out of 10x when I use it, I’m adding other ingredients so the change hasn’t really been noticeable.
What I like about the shake:
1. Nothing else on the market like it, it’s like a complete meal in one… vegan, nutritious, quality ingredients.
2. The vanilla flavor is much more tasty than what I can achieve with my own ingredients and this has brought a great flavor to all my smoothies. Just add a half a banana and it’s like a creamy dessert!
3. In a hurry, travels well, easy to digest. Just add water.
I used to only drink the premade shake if I didn’t have time to make my smoothies from scratch (with the RS powder and Pea Powder). In that case, drinking it solo, the taste is different.
However, it’s nothing that you can’t get used to! Now I use the shake mix as a base for my daily smoothies and it’s been great.
I’ve been able to manage my weight very well using these shakes, a staple in my wellness program for sure!
I like this powder, vanilla and chocolate -- no fuss -- and the reset plan is great! I feel better -- I did not lose weight but lost an inch around my hips!
My new favorite protein shake! Mixes pretty easily, taste good, and you can use it in many ways. Excellent!!
