I wasn’t really paying attention but I noticed that I do not need to eat every 2-3 hours when I added Dr.C’s RS to my BF. It must be the RS is doing it’s job and keeping my BS more stable.
I like the Thyroid Daily and the Thyrosooth but wanted to know if the amount of selenium in the both of them is that going to over the recommended daily allowance for selenium and how do the different types of selenium compare to each other. I also was wondering how far apart should the Thyroid daily,the thyrosooth and the Thyroid antibody formulas be taken when taking them? I was wondering especially if I could take the thyrosooth within a couple of hours before bedtime. The Thyroid Daily morning or afternoon? Also when to incorporate/take the Thyroid antibody alongside of other two. I,m not sure that the adrenal calm worked worked for me as it made my head feel kind of fuzzy or weird not sure why that was. Though I really like the rest of the products! I,d Appreciate any recommendations on how if any of the products should be not taken close together or spaced apart and how far apart?
I have used this Shake happily for years. Just after it arrived, I learned that the process of manufacturing pea protein powder creates glutamate. My understanding is that glutamate can exacerbate cancer. As I have Stage IV Lung Cancer, I won't be using it. Is there a way to return it? For a refund? It is unopened. Thank you.
Daily Reset shake is easy to make and tastes very good. I add different things and for variety. Especially good with avocado or strawberry or two. Some peanut butter powder also helps. I can play two hours of Tennis and Garden for another 90 minutes without feeling hungry ...wow!
