Perhaps has reduced the amount of Synthroid I take?

Hello Dr. C, I've had a high heart rate I've for a few years. I saw a cardiologist and after testing, he directed me back to the endocrinologist to see if my thyroid medicine needed to be adjusted. Over time, my endocrinologist has reduced my synthroid dose from 50mcg/day 7 days per week to 6 days per week. Soon, I will have more blood tests to see how my levels are doing and we will see if it has any positive effect on my heart rate. It may very well be that I need less thyroid supplement now, but we are still figuring this out. We recently tested for pheochromocytoma and results were normal. I've lost 35 pounds slowly with Zepbound and am now 160lbs. I would be happy to receive any suggestions you may have. I was your patient a long time ago, and also Dr. Ruiz' patient in Scottsdale. Mary Sherrell :-)

Like these products.

I like the Thyroid Daily and the Thyrosooth but wanted to know if the amount of selenium in the both of them is that going to over the recommended daily allowance for selenium and how do the different types of selenium compare to each other. I also was wondering how far apart should the Thyroid daily, the thyrosooth and the Thyroid antibody formulas be taken when taking them? I was wondering especially if I could take the thyrosooth within a couple of hours before bedtime. The Thyroid Daily morning or afternoon? Also when to incorporate/take the Thyroid antibody alongside of other two. I,m not sure that the adrenal calm worked worked for me as it made my head feel kind of fuzzy or weird not sure why that was. Though I really like the rest of the products! I,d Appreciate any recommendations on how if any of the products should be not taken close together or spaced apart and how far apart?

Thyroid Daily Multi

I love this supplement. It provides all of my daily essential needs for my thyroid without having iodine in it. I combine it with the Antibody Support supplement for full effect. This has helped keep my blood work in order. This is my 3rd bottle, going on my 4th.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm really happy to hear you found it helpful!

I liked everything but vitamin A

I love the supplement and wish I could have the exact same but with no vitamin A. I’m concerned about vitamin A toxicity as I get a lot from orange veggies and liver in my diet.

Best multi

This is the best Multivitamin I have found. It doesn’t go overboard with things you don’t need and as the right form of B6, which is hard to find in a multivitamin.

Excellent product

Recently started taking Thyroid Daily and immediately started seeing results. I have been on Thyroid medication for over 20 years, but after starting Thyroid Daily, I was able to reduce my medication. I’m hoping with continued use, I will be able to quit my prescription thyroid medication and take Thyroid Daily alone.

Just ok

Been taking for a month now....has a lot of valuable vitamins but I have felt no difference since taking. I also wish there were no fillers in this product. I probably won't order again.

Hi Shannon,
Thank you for giving our product a try and for sharing your feedback. We understand that results can vary, as multivitamins typically work best when used in the right context alongside other nutrients and dietary changes. They don’t always lead to noticeable changes on their own, but they help support overall health over time.

As for the fillers, we use only natural ingredients that are necessary to ensure the active ingredients remain evenly distributed and stable. This prevents them from shifting around excessively and helps maintain the effectiveness of the formula.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’re always happy to help answer any questions or offer guidance on how to get the best results. Wishing you the best on your health journey!
To your best health,
Team Dr. C

Description

A complete, iodine-free daily multivitamin, formulated by Dr. Alan Christianson. One capsule, once a day.

Most multivitamins were designed without the thyroid in mind. Many add iodine you don't need, use cheap forms your body has to convert, and pile on doses that sound impressive on a label but do little in practice. I built Thyroid Daily as the opposite of that: the essentials, in forms your body uses directly, at amounts that make sense.

Why it's different

  • Iodine-free: nearly every standard multivitamin adds iodine, often well beyond daily needs. Thyroid Daily leaves it out entirely, so your intake stays in your hands.
  • Active B forms: methylcobalamin B12, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate rather than folic acid, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate rather than plain B6. These are the forms your body uses without an extra conversion step.
  • Sensible doses, no megadoses: nutrients at amounts meant to fill gaps, not overwhelm. More is not better here, and high-dose products often cause more discomfort than benefit.
  • No iron: iron interferes with thyroid medication absorption and belongs on its own schedule, not folded into a daily multi.

"Isn't iodine good for my thyroid?"

It's a fair question, and the answer is yes: iodine is essential. Your thyroid cannot make hormone without it. What gets missed is how little you need and how easily you already get it.

The daily requirement for adults is 150 mcg. In the US that comes from ordinary food - dairy, eggs, bread, seafood, iodized salt. Most people meet it without trying. The trouble starts when a multivitamin adds another 150 mcg, a greens powder adds kelp, and a separate iodine supplement adds several thousand more on top of that.

Iodine has a narrower comfortable range than most nutrients. Too little causes problems, too much causes problems, and the gap between them is smaller than people expect. That is why I left it out. You can always add iodine deliberately if you and your doctor decide you need it. What you cannot do is subtract it from a capsule you have already swallowed.

What's inside

Eighteen nutrients in carefully chosen forms. A few worth calling out:

  • Selenium, 55 mcg as selenium citrate. One of the few minerals with a direct role in thyroid hormone conversion.
  • Vitamin K, 90 mcg as MK-7 (menaquinone-7). Most multivitamins use K1 or skip vitamin K altogether. MK-7 stays in circulation far longer.
  • Folate, 400 mcg DFE as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, plus B12 at 10 mcg and B6 at 1.7 mg in their active forms.
  • Vitamin D, 25 mcg (1,000 IU) as cholecalciferol, alongside zinc, chromium, copper, and molybdenum in chelated forms.

No iodine, no iron, no herbal blends, no proprietary formulas.

Who it's for

Anyone watching their iodine intake, following the Thyroid Reset approach, or simply wanting a clean daily foundation. Of course, it sits alongside thyroid medication and other supplements without adding anything that competes.

Quality

Made in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested for purity and potency. Gluten-free and dairy-free.

How to use

Take one capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If you take thyroid medication, see the timing note below.

Common questions

Taking it with thyroid medication

Thyroid medications absorb best on an empty stomach. Take yours first thing in the morning as you normally would, then take Thyroid Daily at least one hour later. This is the same reasoning behind leaving iron out of the formula entirely.

Is it vegetarian?

No. Thyroid Daily uses a gelatin capsule, which is animal-derived. There are non-gelatin capsules, but they are all made from seaweeds and are too high in iodine.

What if I already take Antibody Support or the Daily Reset Bundle?

You can take them together. The one nutrient that overlaps is selenium: Thyroid Daily supplies 55 mcg and Antibody Support supplies 50 mcg, for a combined 105 mcg per day. That sits comfortably within the established upper limit of 400 mcg for adults.

Nothing else in the two formulas doubles up. Antibody Support is built around inositol and botanicals rather than vitamins and minerals, which is why the two sit side by side well instead of covering the same ground.

Why only 1,000 IU of vitamin D?

Some adults need higher doses of vitamin D, but few need less. A thousand units is a baseline amount, which is appropriate for many, and leaves room to add on when necessary.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk with your healthcare provider before use.
