I like the quality of these products and that they are formulated for overall health but specifically for the health of my thyroid. The one-capsule multivitamin has the essential daily vitamins and minerals needed. I like the quality of the Omega Pure. The calcium uses calcium citrate and magnesium for easier absorption for bones and health. I have been using for over 3 years and have been pleased with results.

Iron supplements that contain a therapeutic amount of iron do cause GI upset for about a third of people. The easiest first step is to take it every other day. Surprisingly, this works just about as well as taking it daily because of how iron absorbs. Have you tried that yet?
