These shakes are like gold! My digestion has become regular and for those who don't eat 3 meals a day, I highly recommend trying this shake! I blending dark cherries with the mix and water!
I have been using Dr. C’s Daily Reset Shake for years now. My favorite is chocolate. I will say if chocolate is on temporary hold adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the vanilla works, too. I highly recommend giving it a try.;)
I used this with other treatments and my bald patches are gone. I can tell when I still or forget to take the suppliments.
