I find I’m more satisfied and stable using Dr C’s shakes than making my own from his book. However, I miss the old formula’s. The chocolate isn’t as thick and creamy and it was more satiating that way to me. Also, the vanilla still has the great texture but the original flavor was my preference. If you were able to go back to those I would be thrilled! Thanks for making the system easy to follow and it does work!

I really like the metabolic reset diet, the shakes were very pleasant tasting and easy to do for breakfast and lunch. the pills seem to give me a little energy, I'm not expecting much after being down for years. I just got my lab work done today so hopefully we'll see how it works out. I'm sure I'll be taking the shakes and pills for quite a long time. I'm just starting to feel good after one month of being on this program.

This is an essential purchase if doing the 28 day reset. Makes a great tasting shake with little effort. We loved the French Vanilla! Didn’t love the Chocolate. Lost 10 lbs. during the 28 date reset and have lost an additional lb. in the 2 weeks following the reset.

The "Weight Loss in a Box" fully covers the 28 day Metabolism Reset with shakes and vitamins with ease. Definitely worth the cost as I didn't have to purchase all the things to make shakes or "find and purchase" the right vitamins! I recommend the Chocolate shakes as they feel like a treat meal rather than breakfast or lunch! I set up a subscription to continue with the maintenance and then next round.
