I feel better after drinking these and enjoy them just with water and ice blended.
So many current protein shakes have crummy stuff in them but Dr. C's shakes have nothing bad....only goodness. I have used this protein shake for years and will continue to use it. I know I can make my smoothie in the morning and feel good for it the rest of the day!
This full meal replacement is so satisfying and tasty! It’s part of the amazing MRD plan that I’ve been doing on and off since 2022. My favorite flavor is mixing one scoop of vanilla with one scoop of chocolate. Delicious.!!!

I like the quality of these products and that they are formulated for overall health but specifically for the health of my thyroid. The one-capsule multivitamin has the essential daily vitamins and minerals needed. I like the quality of the Omega Pure. The calcium uses calcium citrate and magnesium for easier absorption for bones and health. I have been using for over 3 years and have been pleased with results.
