After the first few days I started looking forward to my shakes to start the day, the same way I used to look forward to that first cup of coffee in the morning. Mixes well some shakes seem to leave big lumps. This one dissolves smoothly and both have great flavor. Really a game changer when you have something you look forward to, makes it easy to stick with.

I have been using the RS complete and believe it has helped with feeling satiated. I am going to make it a permanent part of my diet as it can be mixed with a lot of things without changing the flavor. So much more convenient than making or buying banana peel flour!
