Thyrotonin is a very good sleep aid! I tried many sleep products and this is my favorite. It works!
I love making a frozen fruit and yogurt smoothie with Daily reset for lunch. Its cool and refreshing and gives me 25+ grams of protein.

I have been using this shake almost daily for close to 5 years and if I miss more than two days I am not feeling myself. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great breakfast shake mix. I do mix it with frozen berries or pineapple.
