Thyroid meds were lowered some after using for 4 months
Per blood tests, my TPO was 436 in January 2026 and lowered to 257 per July 2026 blood test. Only change in my supplements was Antibody Support, two caps a day, so I think it works! Have been taking Armour Thyroid for over 20 yers.
I will continue with this product to see if I can get into normal TPO range which is below 34 (I think).
Reneuva has been helpful w hair shedding/strength over last few months. Still have issues but clearly Renuva is helping!
Hello Dr. C, I've had a high heart rate I've for a few years. I saw a cardiologist and after testing, he directed me back to the endocrinologist to see if my thyroid medicine needed to be adjusted. Over time, my endocrinologist has reduced my synthroid dose from 50mcg/day 7 days per week to 6 days per week. Soon, I will have more blood tests to see how my levels are doing and we will see if it has any positive effect on my heart rate. It may very well be that I need less thyroid supplement now, but we are still figuring this out. We recently tested for pheochromocytoma and results were normal. I've lost 35 pounds slowly with Zepbound and am now 160lbs. I would be happy to receive any suggestions you may have. I was your patient a long time ago, and also Dr. Ruiz' patient in Scottsdale. And after a month and a half, it's still prevalent. I'll try a couple more months but I haven't experienced any notable changes.
Hi Timothy, Thanks for sharing your experience. Sorry to hear that you're still tired. Hypothyroid support is often helpful, but there can be many layers to uncover in reversing fatigue with a thyroid issue.
