It caused GI upset. I had to stop taking
Hi Rose,
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Iron supplements that contain a therapeutic amount of iron do cause GI upset for about a third of people. The easiest first step is to take it every other day. Surprisingly, this works just about as well as taking it daily because of how iron absorbs. Have you tried that yet?
To your best health,
Dr. C.
I love Reset Shake! It has become my daily routine and my breakfast just about every day. Ever since I did the Reset diet I was hooked. Thank you Dr. C!
This shake is so much better than another brand I recently tried. It’s thick and rich. I’m not a breakfast eater and this makes it so easy.
I don't do a lot of dairy, and my doctor said I needed to increase my calcium intake.
So I've used these calcium magnesium supplements from Thyroid Specific formulations for over a year now.
Lab results are in...and everything looks good.
Thank you Dr C!
I started using this to support my diet for high vegetable protein and better ratio of carbs and fats. The added resistance starch is a bonus as other powders do not have that support.
We 'convinced' our 90 year old father to start using this as an added morning treat - he was mostly coffee and a bagel --and he has been able to maintain his weight.
