I was worried about the texture and flavor, but I love this product! I've been drinking (primarily chocolate) protein drinks for many many years it this is by far one of the best. Chocolate was out of stock, so I purchased vanilla. I look forward to my next shake each day! The resistant starch included in the bundle makes the reset that much easier.

At first, the shakes seemed too sweet, but after a few days on the metabolism reset we started enjoying them.

It does not thicken like it used to. I used to be able to drink it straight, now I have to add things to make it have a shake like texture. It's like chocolate milk but thinner and I am adding 1 scoop to 16 Oz of water.

I ordered the chocolate and it is very good. At first it takes some getting used to- tasted earthy. After a few days, I really liked it and looked forward to it everyday. Would love to order more but it is sold out. I would recommend.

I tried vanilla and chocolate, and enjoyed both. I prepared them in a shaker instead of a blender and enjoyed an easy breakfast and lunch. Breakfast has always been a challenge for me, since I’m not hungry until hours after I get up. The shakes made it easy to get my breakfast first thing in the morning.
