I love this chocolate flavor powder protein flavor. It’s taste is so pleasing & rich it feeds my chocolate craving but has no sugar, it is magic!!

I really enjoy having these for breakfast. Super easy and filling. I don’t get hungry for a few hrs after drinking this. Vanilla is my favorite, the chocolate is ok, kind of odd when I first tried it but I definitely got used to it. Chocolate doesn’t dissolve as well as vanilla either. My BM’s have been very regular with using this and have lost a couple excess pounds. Overall will keep using this for a while!

First of all the vanilla and the chocolate are each supreme flavors. Most shake products fall short in this category. The bonus is the ingredients blended to provide all the proverbial “good stuff”. We add organic frozen spinach, frozen strawberries and sometimes Almond butter, brazil nuts, organic dates and bananas to vary the taste or add more “good stuff”. The baseline shake is amazingly good tasting and good nutritionally. We can’t start the morning without these. Few years running and not tired of them yet, so satisfying.

I love the taste of this shake. It made staying on the Metabolism Reset Diet very easy to do.
