Until Dr. Christianson changed the formula that makes this shake more sweet, I really loved drinking this shake mix everyday. Unfortunately, now I’m having to “make it through” drinking it because it is too sweet. If I could find another shake mix that has resistant starch, and it was less sweet, I would absolutely switch. Sadly, I have not found another shake mix that has the components for resistant starch. But I will continue looking. I don’t know why companies have to change a good thing, thinking they’re making it better.
It tastes SO good and mixes up smooth. Love the easy-to-follow recipes in the book! And buying 3 at a time saves us some money, so we appreciate that!

The taste is chocolate-ty and smooth, but it's not too sweet. I'm a fan of both the old chocolate shake and the new formulation with guar gum (although the old chocolate shake is still on top). The shakes mix very well with just a fork or whisk - a priority in the morning when I don't want to get out a blender. Thank you for both of these great products!
