Recently got my labs done again after being consistent about taking the Thyroid Daily plus the Antibody Support and Nodule Control. All my levels with the exception of my antibodies were back in normal range, and my naturopath was very happy to see my body doing a great job of converting T4 to T3 all on its own. She had been considering putting me on glandulars but wanted to wait for my test results to decide, now she feels like I don't even need them!
One thing I was curious/concerned about was the Selenium content. I had been taking all 3 formulas (Thyroid Daily, Antibody Support, and Nodule Control) for a few months a couple years ago and started to get what I found out was nail selenosis, especially in my toenails which are slower growing. They became deeply ridged and discolored, and one even lifted from the nail bed partially (onycholysis). After discovering this was likely due to taking in too much Selenium, I did the math and realized that I was getting well over the RDA when all 3 formulas are added together, plus whatever was already in my diet.
I didn't seem to have a problem taking higher amounts of Selenium as a single supplement in the form of Selenomethionine, but I notice that the form in Thyroid Daily is Selenium Citrate. I wonder if my body has a harder time processing this form, and perhaps that's what led to the selenosis. It's been over a year now, and the damaged nails have grown out on all but my right big toe, which still has some separation and discoloration about halfway down. This makes me a little shy about taking all 3 consistently, despite how good my labs look when I do so. I'm considering cycling the Thyroid Daily with one month on, one month off, and continuing the other 2 formulas daily to avoid overdoing it.

The bundle is definitely the way to go with these, if you want to save money. I only wish the subscription offered a more significant discount (at least 15-20%, like some discount codes offer). I think that would be a win/win for the company too because they would see more consistent/reliable purchases/income. For now, we prefer to wait to have a good discount code available. But the shakes are great!
