I have tried both the chocolate and vanilla shake mixes and I love them both. They both taste great. And they both mix well...no lumps!

Have been using the shakes for years now-both vanilla and chocolate such pure flavors. The RS has been great addition, makes shakes more filling & maybe that’s what makes it help blood sugar levels. Almost through the 28 day MRD. No coffee so more amazing that noticed energy level within 10 days as markedly improved. One of many good parts of the MRD.

I liked the chocolate more than the vanilla, but they were both edible and kept me full for at least 4 hours. Even though I started out very slow with the resistant starch, it made me very gassy all the way through the metabolic reset program. Towards the end, I was more bloated in the evening and through the night. That did not help with measuring my waistline. By the end of 4 months, I had no hormonal acne and my menstrual cycle had very little PMS symptoms. I ordered more and hope to continue 1 shake a day for maintenance for more weight loss (because I didn't personally see much the first go around) and increased energy. This is the best shake I’ve ever tasted! The consistency is smooth and creamy, and the taste is absolutely delicious! I drink at least one/day because I love it so much. And since it’s formulated by Dr, Christianson, I KNOW it’s the highest quality and the perfect blend of nutrients.
